Privacy policy

This policy describes how we process the personal data you provide through the contact form on this site and how we use cookies.

What data we process and for what purpose

We process the data you provide in the contact form: first and last name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, the chosen enquiry topic and the message content. We do this solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the correspondence or commercial conversation.

We process the data on the basis of:

  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent expressed by ticking the consent box under the form;
  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps to conclude or perform a contract, where the enquiry concerns it;
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and contacting people interested in cooperation.

Data recipients and processing entrustment

To send messages from the form we use the Resend service (a provider of email-sending infrastructure). This provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (DPA). We do not sell or share your data with other entities for marketing purposes.

Retention period

We keep the data for the time needed to handle the enquiry and — if cooperation follows — for the period arising from performance of the contract and from legal requirements. Data processed on the basis of consent is deleted after it is withdrawn or when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

Cookies and analytics

The site is static and does not use cookies to track you for marketing purposes. We currently do not use analytics tools. If we implement analytics in the future (e.g. Google Analytics), we will update this policy and — if required — ask for consent to cookies.
