In Katowice we’ve built a group of logistics companies that operate as one firm. We’re not a corporation and we don’t pretend to be one — our edge lies precisely in what corporations can’t do: speed of decisions, availability of the owners and the courage to tell the client the truth.
Flat structure — decisions in hours
At a classic operator a non-standard question travels through three tiers and comes back a week later. With us it goes straight to the person accountable for the result — often the owner. That’s why unusual projects that elsewhere “don’t make it through the process” get an answer from us in hours: yes, no, or yes-under-conditions. Each of those three answers is valuable to you, because it lets you plan.
AI in operations — for real, not in a slide deck
We’ve built our own team of AI agents that work for our operators around the clock: they prepare quotes based on real costs, screen every new counterparty against sanctions lists, cross-check invoices, packing lists and CMR documents before clearance so a data mismatch doesn’t stop the goods at the border, and monitor receivables and timeliness. A human makes the decision — AI gives them data faster than any analysis department could. For you that means a shorter response time, fewer errors in documents and a safer chain.
Honesty in the offer
Three principles every client of ours hears: we tell you what we don’t do (we don’t offer refrigerated or frozen storage; we don’t hold AEO or ISO 9001 certification — instead we have real customs permits we use every day); we don’t promise deadlines we don’t control; we’d rather decline than let you down. It sounds ordinary — in practice it’s a rarity that builds long relationships.

Dawid Kamola — co-founder of the group, Vice-President of ALB Logistics. Structure, finance and operational discipline — thanks to him “flexible” never means “chaotic”.
Bartosz Kamiński — co-founder of the group. Operations and logistics partnerships.
Alongside them, a team of operators, forwarders and customs agents working across the group’s locations in Poland and on the Caucasus route.
