Three scenarios where the group plays as one team

Below are the three most common chains we run end to end. In each you get one contract, one coordinator and one accountability — and the group’s companies hand your goods to one another seamlessly. The diagrams below show how each one works step by step.

Scenario 1 — Import from China to the EU (with deferred duty)

MTEAM collects the goods in China and runs the freight by ocean or rail. ALB clears the container in its own bonded warehouse in Katowice — you pay duty and VAT only when the goods go to market, and on re-export not at all. Motiva Solutions distributes across Poland and Europe. For e-commerce we add fulfilment with integration to popular sales platforms. The result: a shorter cash cycle and one point of accountability instead of three subcontractors.

Scenario 2 — Expansion to the Caucasus

Motiva Solutions or your existing chain delivers the goods to Katowice; ALB consolidates and prepares the documents; from there we carry from a single pallet to full loads to Georgia, Armenia or Azerbaijan — with clearances on both sides and one coordinator for the whole route. Scenario 3 — Non-EU e-commerce

You sell into the EU but have no company or warehouse here? The goods enter ALB’s bonded warehouse and wait for orders under customs supervision. You pay duty and VAT on the units actually sold, and we handle shipping to the standards of popular sales platforms. MTEAM closes the delivery from Asia, Motiva Solutions — B2B distribution.
